I’ve shot this teahouse many times. (Click image for larger.) Here, the image includes only a section of teahouse wall. I am drawn to the juxtaposition of textures and shapes: the tree and the leaves alongside the rigid rectangular geometry of the teahouse wall. Also interesting is the faint suggestion on the teahouse – Is it a reflection? Are we seeing through it?
